Dr. William V. Rapp
Prof. Rapp is a director of the Japan Fund, and his career in banking, government and academia included periods as Vice President – Morgan Guaranty Trust Company, Commercial Counselor – US Embassy / Tokyo, Executive Director for North Asia – Bank of America, and Academic Director – Graduate Program in International Relations, Yale University. He has taught at Columbia, Fordham, NYU, the University of Washington / Seattle, and Ritsumeikan University. Prof. Rapp is currently Research Professor, School of Management, New Jersey Institute of Technology.
